Don Ressler first start up was Fitness Heaven.com. Intermix Media later acquired it in 2001. He teamed up with Adam Goldenberg, the COO of Intermix, and formed Alena Media that was also acquired by Intermix. In 2005, News Corp purchased Intermix, and Don Ressler along with his partner opted to bolt out.
After leaving News Corp, together they continued to make fortunes around online business platforms. They came up with Brand Ideas that was later rebranded as Intelligent Beauty. The company recorded astronomical success mostly along fashions lines and beauty.
By the year 2009, Ressler had launched two other successful brands. As if that was not enough, he launched JustFab in 2010 along with his friend and partner Adam Goldenberg. The venture was considered as an immediate success. It attracted some highly reputable fashion face such as Kimora Lee. Kimora joined JustFab as creative director and the president of the company. After, the company was re-evaluated it attracted $33 million funding from Matrix Partners. In 2012, Just Fab had secured additional $76 million of funding from different sources and had reached more than 6 million members.
Just Fab continued to build monuments of success and was able to branch out. Don Ressler along with his partner had recognized that the vast customer base was comprised of mothers. They launched Fab Kids, a brand of clothing for kids.
In 2013, Just Fab extended its reach to Europe market. At the end of the year, Just Fab had more than 3 million European members. With Fabletics, one does not necessary need to acquire specific gear for work-outs after work. The fashionable attires are designed such that they are modest enough to go to work in them and pass by the gym in them.
